Bus Request Form
As we plan to re-open school with COVID-19 restrictions in place, we continue to monitor the viability of our bus service including the impact of running a bus service on our cohorts. If we do offer bus service, children would be seated in every other seat to help maintain social distancing and would be required to wear masks. The bus will be disinfected between uses. Of course, these procedures may be enhanced as necessary. Please complete this survey if you would like your child to ride the bus in the 2020-21 school year. We will evaluate the results of the survey as well as the viability of maintaining bus service and notify you by August 10 whether or not we will offer a bus service this year.
